At Elite Blend, our puppies are raised in a purpose-designed environment that reflects our commitment to raising confident, well-socialized companions. Our nearly one-acre property located in Citrus Heights, serving families across Northern California and the Sacramento grid, is landscaped into a true doggie paradise, where each litter enjoys its own indoor-outdoor suite with turf, enrichment toys, and plenty of sunshine.

We believe structured freedom and intentional enrichment lead to emotionally balanced dogs, so our setup is as fence-free as possible while still giving new moms the calm, private space they need. It’s not just a facility—it’s a thoughtfully designed, in-home environment where puppies are nurtured with purpose and prepared for a smooth transition into life with their forever families.
Amber Glynn — Owner & Attorney
Amber Glynn is the owner of Elite Blend Labradoodles and has spent more than a decade raising Australian Labradoodles with a focus on health, temperament, and responsible breeding practices. While working full-time as a licensed attorney, she began breeding Labradoodles as a passion project. When she became pregnant with her first son, she made the decision to grow Elite Blend into a full-time program dedicated to raising exceptional family companions.

Amber previously served on the Board of Directors for the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA) as Quality Assurance (QA) Officer, where she contributed to governance oversight and ethical breeding standards within the association. Her legal background brings an added level of transparency, documentation, and accountability to the Elite Blend breeding program.

Today, Elite Blend operates from Amber’s nearly one-acre home property, thoughtfully designed to support puppy development through enrichment, structured routines, early crate conditioning, and extensive socialization. Amber remains deeply involved in every aspect of the program and is committed to serving as a lifelong resource for the families who welcome an Elite Blend puppy into their homes.
Sara Earl — Business Manager & Operations
Sara joined Elite Blend in 2019 and has become a cornerstone of the program’s operations and client experience. With a degree in Hospitality and a professional background in foodservice sales, building trusted relationships and caring for clients has always been central to her work.

Her connection to the breed began when her family became the guardian home for Elite Blend’s first male stud dog, Maverick (now retired). Early in her career, Sara also worked with the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA), gaining valuable insight into breed standards and responsible breeding practices.

Today, Sara manages the operational backbone of Elite Blend—overseeing health testing and veterinary coordination, guardian homes, client communication, and puppy placements. She also serves as a trainer in our Started Puppy Program and raises select litters within the program.

Commitment to Ongoing Breeder Education
True expertise requires continuous learning. Even though formal certifications are completely voluntary in dog breeding, our team attends annual seminars, reviews the latest canine reproductive veterinary research, and actively participates in breed health forums.
